3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. pkr101 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee on dormant balances after providing written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance after deduction of fees will be returned to the player upon request.
3.6 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pkr101 account at any time by contacting pkr101 support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

These limits may be adjusted by pkr101 at any time. Personalised limits may also be applied to individual accounts based on KYC status or responsible gaming assessments.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by pkr101's payments team within the timeframes published on the platform. 5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on pkr101 are subject to acceptance by pkr101. pkr101 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where system errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a bet exceeds the applicable stake limit, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
5.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by pkr101 in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds, cancellation of the relevant event, data feed failures that materially affect in-play odds, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's PKR balance.
5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting. Cricket betting markets on pkr101, including PSL and international fixtures, are governed by pkr101's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the Sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the Sport-specific rules shall prevail for that bet type.
5.4 Casino Games. All casino games on pkr101 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) for each game is published in the game's information panel. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results. 5.5 Technical Failures. 12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, pkr101 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, pkr101 may void and forfeit any bonuses and associated winnings.
